All new patients begin with our Enhance Wellness membership to ensure comprehensive care and proper development of your personalized wellness plan. This membership provides the necessary appointments and communication required for our integrative medicine approach.

After 12 months, patients may choose to transition to our Elevate Wellness membership to maintain their progress and continue advancing their health goals..

  • This membership includes an in-depth lab analysis twice yearly to develop your personalized wellness plan and monitor key biomarkers, plus eight 30-minute appointments annually for ongoing support, progress tracking, and care adjustments.

  • Our comprehensive functional laboratory testing evaluates 80+ biomarkers beyond standard blood work, analyzing hormone levels, nutrient status, metabolic function, and inflammatory markers to guide personalized treatment protocols. This includes access to specialty testing such as GI MAP, food sensitivity, and microbiome analysis for complete physiological health insights.

This premium tier continues with personalized guidance and streamlined support—all without requiring extra appointments or frequent communication. Take greater ownership of your health journey with professional support readily available when you need it.

  • Memberships require a minimum commitment of 3 months and begin only after your initial consultation appointment

  • Due to the comprehensive nature of integrative medicine and the higher level of care we provide, all patients start with Enhance Wellness plan and are given a choice to move to the Elevate Wellness plan after 12 months

  • Multi-family member discount of 10% per person per year

  • A 5% discount is available for members who pay annually

What to Expect

    Getting started is easy! Simply fill out our secure online forms from home. Our provider will carefully review your medical history to understand your unique health needs. We'll create and send your lab orders, making the whole process quick and seamless for you.

    2. Lab Draw

    Visit any Quest Diagnostics location for blood collection to be sent to Cleveland Heart Lab (click to see why) for testing. Bring photo ID, insurance card, and test requisition form. Results will be sent to your healthcare provider two-weeks from lab draw appointment.

    3. Analysis Appt.

    Whether virtual or in-office, we'll analyze your results together and develop a personalized wellness plan that considers your health history, lab data, and current concerns. You’ll have immediate access to your results for your personal records.
