Memberships require a minimum commitment of 3 months and begin only after your initial consultation appointment
Due to the comprehensive nature of integrative medicine and the higher level of care we provide, all patients start with Elevate Wellness plan and are given a choice to move to the Enhance Wellness plan after 12 months
Multi-family member discount of 10% per person per year
A 5% discount is available for members who pay annually
