How It Works

Getting real answers doesn’t start with a waiting room. Here’s what happens when you become a patient:

We create a personalized lab panel and send the order directly to Quest Diagnostics on your behalf. You schedule your bloodraw at the nearest Quest location.

1: Complete Your Intake

Fill out a comprehensive health intake through our secure patient portal — your symptoms, goals, history, medications, and more. We review everything before ordering your labs.

2: Get Your Labs Drawn at Quest

Results come back to us before your first appointment. We’ll walk you through 80+ biomarkers in plain language, and you’ll leave with a complete, personalized wellness plan. Day one.

3: Schedule Your Review

Once you have your lab draw scheduled, reach out to us to schedule your lab analysis appointment. Schedule 2 weeks post lab draw to ensure full lab panel is back for review. 

 4: Appointment Day

Restoration Health operates on a cash-based membership — designed to give us the freedom to focus entirely on what’s best for your health, not what insurance will cover.

All new patients start on the Enhance Wellness plan, which includes 8 appointments per year and in-depth labs twice a year. Once your wellness plan is established and stable, we transition you to the Elevate plan — typically around the one-year mark.

  • Our membership plans are thoughtfully designed to meet your unique health goals, offering flexible monthly or yearly options tailored just for you. With personalized care free from traditional insurance limitations, we provide both in-person and remote options to fit your lifestyle. Wherever you are on your wellness journey, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

  • Our appointments provide the time and focus needed to address your health concerns in detail. These sessions allow for a thorough review, meaningful discussions about your health, and the creation of a personalized plan to support your well-being.

  • We evaluate 80+ biomarkers — hormones, inflammation, thyroid, metabolic function, vitamins, and more. Not just whether you’re “in range,” but whether you’re optimal for you. Results are ready on day one.

  • We offer bio-identical hormone therapy for men and women — including testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), thyroid optimization, and estrogen/progesterone therapy for perimenopause and menopause. Treatment is always based on comprehensive lab data, not guesswork.
