Once you have your lab draw scheduled, reach out to us to schedule your lab analysis appointment. Schedule 2 weeks post lab draw to ensure full lab panel is back for review.

Every new patient begins with an in-depth lab analysis — a comprehensive review of 80+ biomarkers, available with or without a membership. From there, you can decide if ongoing membership is right for you. Our Elevate membership includes 8 visits per year for sick visits, chronic care, and preventive check-ins, plus comprehensive lab testing, referrals when needed, and ongoing support between visits.

  • Our membership plan is thoughtfully designed to meet your unique health goals, offering flexible monthly or yearly options tailored just for you. With personalized care free from traditional insurance limitations, we provide both in-person and remote options to fit your lifestyle.
