  • At Restoration Health & Wellness, we deeply value your time and ours!

    To ensure we can provide the best care to all our patients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    Our no-show policy is as follows:

    First Missed Appointment: $50 fee

    Second Missed Appointment: $100 fee

    Third Missed Appointment: We may need to reevaluate your care with us.

    For new patients, a no-show will mean we’re unable to reschedule your visit.

    We understand that life happens, and emergencies can arise. If you have an unexpected situation, please contact our Office Manager at 512-200-3240 . We’re happy to work with you!

  • At Restoration Health & Wellness, our integrative medicine approach focuses on providing comprehensive, personalized health solutions to support your overall well-being. Please note that we do not offer psychiatric care, emergency care, surgeries, women’s gynecological exams, or specialized treatments outside the scope of integrative medicine. Learn More

  • Great news! You can access our services from anywhere. We offer both in-person appointments and convenient Zoom consultations to suit your needs.

  • We offer a variety of À La Carte services outside of our membership plan. Learn more about these options by clicking the À La Carte button at the top of the page.

  • At this time, we do not offer pediatric care. Our services are focused on adult health and wellness.

  • We are a self-pay clinic and do not accept insurance for office visits. However, we can assist you in utilizing your insurance benefits for lab work and prescriptions.

  • Yes, all lab orders are sent to Cleveland Heart Lab and Quest Laboratories. You can use your insurance for these lab services if you'd like. Please note that costs are determined by the lab company and may vary depending on your insurance.

  • Currently, we work exclusively with Cleveland Heart Lab and Quest Laboratories, which are vetted and trusted partners.

  • Yes, your membership will auto-renew monthly or yearly depending on your membership plan. You may cancel your membership upon providing 30 days notice after the initial 3-month commitment period.

  • To cancel your membership, please reach out to our member services team via email at hello@restoration.healthcare . They will be happy to assist you with the cancellation process. Please note that a 30-day notice is required.

  • Currently, our comprehensive lab appointment is the only pay-per-visit option available.
